You can apply manually without waiting for the list if you are eligible for grace marks.

Yes , but You can apply 2 subjects not 3 coz grace Mark's is of 30 Mark's.....you need one more mark in one of those subjects to apply on 3 subjects....

What @Haji Ali said is right. Try to secure one more in any of those subjects so that you will be eligible for grace marks. Are those the highest marks in external exams among all regular/supply exams ?
